10% disc v 5% discount

Leasehold v freehold

Both utilities on residential.

Location wise -> Potpurri close to AD station.

Cantara -> Close to Lembah Subang.

But Potpurri still not yet sold out after so long. Cantara entire block A and B almost booked finished d.

I think it is fully furnished for this type. The furnishing may be worth about 150k. Minus that off to feel not so expensive la
