Am confirming that TNB bill payments work at Sam's Groceria Nu Sentral. I successfully did it today. Have to wait at least 3 days before it's updated in the system though (according to the receipt).

yeah, standard disclaimer on ePay receipt. For Unifi, the payment reflected +1 day.

Do monitor your TNB account, see how long the payment reflected. At least can estimate for future payment

I only got the mug when I signed up at Nu Sentral last week.

How do you know when it is reflected? TM site don't provide real time update on payment. Have to wait statement. Mohon ajar

Guys, I can't activate my card.. I called them they say will activate and latest will get sms for temp pin.. But now ady 3hr I still dint get the pin.. The ATM can press request pin if I put my cc inside? Cz ATM machine only 200meter from my hse.. I call them need wait 10min

Hi all if I pay my TNB bill at myTNB app will entitled for cash back or not?

Didn't know there is a TNB app.
Since it is an official app, I believe the MCC code should be under TNB and very likely entitle to cash back.
Please do a test on behalf of this forum.

1) I am sure that almost all of us in this thread have Hong Leong Bank Wise Gold Card, instead of the Platinum Card. So, we cannot dial 1-800-38-8830 (Platinum hotline) , for our credit card enquires, right?

2) How do I enable the option to have e-statement for this credit card?

For no. 2, still not implemented in Malaysia. For countries that require, I simply tell them mine doesn't come with pin. Works all the time.

1) yes you can dial the 1800 number. i do this all the time, they dont discriminate
2) HL Connect > Home > Statement / Invoice > Email Subscription

I understand that. I guess that many of us choose e-Statement for sake of convenience.

Just don't bother about the pin la. I didn't activate anything.
Please ensure your card is active for online transactions, it's good to check with CS. It's important if you will need to use it to make payments like via PayOnline or other online sites.
