CB is based on the total bill you paid which is RM 106. So your CB is RM 11.
Anyway, vouchers have no GST.

Yes, you buy RM 100 vouchers, you pay only RM 100 lo.
Then, when you use it to spend on your stuff, your stuff will have GST. So, there won't be double GST.

My friend using this card.. But abit weird, for example cb on petrol spend rm107, she get rm15. Groceries rm174 but get rm15 as well, then mobile 74rm, cb get 5.

Yes, if it ends with RM 5, then the rebate will automatically up by RM 1.
So, if you spend wisely, you only need RM 985 to get RM 100 cash back.

RM 107 should get RM 11
RM 174 should get RM 17
RM 74, should get RM 7

i) Vouchers can use it anywhere in Malaysia.
ii) For Celcom and Digi, yes entitled. You don't need to register an account in UOBPayOnline for these two but since I'm paying other bills there so just do it one shot. cybpsych can confirm this, since it is his expertise area as he has tried few telcos payments.
iii) Yes for Digi reload bought from Digi online.

Nothing weird, just tell your friend cash back in the current month statement is actually earned from the transactions posted in the previous statement.
Your friend tally the cash back and transactions from the same statement, of course la weird.

i understand that 10 swipes need to be made.

my statement is 12th of every month. that 10 swipes needs to be done for the statement date or the entire month itself, meaning can be from 2 statements as long as they fall within that month?

Ignore statement date. Follow calendar month i.e, 1st Nov to 30 Nov.

Make sure posting date is in the same calendar month.
