I set the threshold of SMS transaction alert to RM 1.

Basically, I do get SMS for any transaction performed, by physically swiping WISE card at the credit card terminal.

Then again, for November and December, I did not get any SMS, for online payment of Maxis bill, through Maxis Pay website. This is a manual payment, not autodebit transaction.

Are SMS also sent for online transactions? hmm.gif

Hi

Would like to ask..I was a principal WISE holder cancelled almost one year ago, and now I'm a supplementary card holder for WISE. Will I still be considered a new-to-bank customer to be entitled for first year annual fee waiver if I apply for a WISE card?

Thanks a lot!

I doubt so, cause you have an active WISE card with your name.
I'm not even sure if they will approve a principle WISE card for you.

Hello all. I understand that those who have selected the "utility" category have successfully paid for their TNB bills via UOB payonline.

I'm yet to try it myself but I'm curious as to whether or not we are allowed to pay in multiples of RM50 for a single bill. Like 10 X RM50 for a RM500 bill?

I've gone through many pages here but couldn't find lah sweat.gif

Thanks for the information, cybpsych.

So, for any online transaction that is validated through OTP sent to our handphone, we are not going to get SMS transaction alert, right?

For Maybank credit cards, we still get SMS transaction alert for such online transactions validated through OTP. hmm.gif So, in this case, Maybank has an advantage over Hong Leong Bank.
