just to clarify

i understand that 10 swipes need to be made.

my statement is 12th of every month.  that 10 swipes needs to be done for the statement date or the entire month itself, meaning can be from 2 statements as long as they fall within that month?

that means to ensure 10 times are swiped within 1 month?

but how to ensure that they are all posted within the mnth since thats within  the bank control

me too, got my very first cash back of RM80...   

can i clarify that whatever spending transaction date is fall after 28 Sept will consider as next month cash back transaction, so can i say that i add up after 28 sept and till 25 Oct as long as spending within the selected category is Max RM955, also activate the 10 swipe X RM50 per mth, then i will get my cash back RM100 ?

i have maxis postpaid ivalue 1 & maxis fiber 149, i can separate 4 payments ?   

I change my statement date from 9/10 to 28/10 in Oct, where I had 14 transactions >RM50 in October. But when i question them when will I get CB for October, I got below reply...

On top of statement, anyone kena charge for CREDIT SHIELD PLUS? I have never sign or agree over the phone, this really annoying

, it stated just swipe any amount 3 times in weekday (Monday - Friday) to get 30% cashback...
Bottom of this, it stated *Saturday and Sunday

My wise card crack and slight broken, if I call cs request for new card will I get charge for the new card ?

interested in this card, but wanna ask first. for the 10 transactions to unlock cashback. can all 10 be in selected category? like 10 transactions at the supermarket, and then after those transactions, will i get the cashback for that category for those 10 transactions? or for transactions after the first 10? confused. 

i felt confused after writing that... hope the idea came across.

I checked with HLB regarding my last transaction in Digi Centre BTS. The MCC is 4812 and the CS said is Mobile.

After checking this thread: https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3711577 There are only two merchants reported under this MCC and U Mobile is not part of Wise.

i) Maxis Centre - The Gardens
ii) U Mobile - Self Care and Mobile App (not eligible for Wise due to telco name not printed)


What should I do further now?

Haven't got my first month bill yet. Thus there is no way I can check the categories for the transaction I made? Since the overview page doesn't show the categories.

Hello all. I understand that those who have selected the "utility" category have successfully paid for their TNB bills via UOB payonline.

I'm yet to try it myself but I'm curious as to whether or not we are allowed to pay in multiples of RM50 for a single bill. Like 10 X RM50 for a RM500 bill?

I've gone through many pages here but couldn't find lah

Can I switch the selected spend categories after enrolment?
 
Yes, you may switch the cash back categories any time, throughout their card tenure, to suit your lifestyle and to maximize the cash back reward earned. For each switch of cash back category, a one-time maintenance service fee of RM10.60 (comprises of maintenance service fee=RM10, 6% of GST=RM0.60) will be charged at the point of maintenance and it will be effective on the following calendar month. Bonus category is NOT applicable to switch, except if amended at any time by the Bank.

You will receive an SMS blast upon maintenance is conducted. < Eg. RM0.00 HLB - Your HLBB card ending 2525 has been debited with MYR10.60 (comprises of maintenance service fee=RM10, 6% of GST=RM0.60) for account maintenance. The new selected category – TRAVEL will be effective from JAN13>

As said before, this is Lowyat forum, you may twist the facts with support of others
And without swiping the card twice, it is impossible for a merchant to charge twice unless you let others to swipe it. Maybe the Aeonbig you visited having the terminal far from cashier which they able to swipe twice

Check total transactions only on 25th each month? If your statement date is 28th, you sure will be total lost for no reason.
This card only has 25 days to get max cash back effectively, you shall be completing 10 transactions by first 10 days and last transaction on 24th each month.
