Hi
Would like to ask..I was a principal WISE holder cancelled almost one year ago, and now I'm a supplementary card holder for WISE. Will I still be considered a new-to-bank customer to be entitled for first year annual fee waiver if I apply for a WISE card? Thanks a lot! |
