Bro, i bought my lion on 2014-Apr, then I changed my first battery just exactly after 1year and a day (2015-Apr). Then my second battery was kong on 2015-Oct (replacement). Then up to today my replacement battery was about to kong again. Just ngam ngam about 7months.

New car battery last for 1 year
Second battery last for 6 months
Third battery(replacement) last for 7 months

And now i going to change new one... how bad luck I'm.

Varta is very good battery. Last 4+ years on my BMW 520. But that was e39, old technology, not much electronics. On Bimer the battery is in the boot, nice and cool. Our Prince engine compartment is too hot, too compact, heat is trapped, not good for battery life!

RM330 for DIN 66 is good price.

Don't buy battery at Peugeot SC, cut throat price. Battery shop price usually,DIN55 - $300, DIN66 - $330. Try that Yokohama Gold DIN66, $280 is very good price!

Pug eats up battery. It's too small capacity for the amount of electronics. Another reason is the battery location is not healthy for good life span.

The technician try very hard still can't fit in, width no issue but DIN66 is really longet another half inches.

I think because of this reason they told me to used DIN55.

Hmm, my battery case only around 10.5 inches the max, and DIN66 is around 11 inches, that's why not fit.

My 408 is bought on 2014-apr, why different size?

408 battery compartment is designed for DIN 55. Most DIN 66 are just a bit too long. However there are some batteries ,DIN 66, that do fit into 408 battery compartment.

What battery is this bro?

I'm also using DIN66,some unknown brand, last only 6months. Managed to claim replacement foc. When this dies I'll change back to Delkor or Yokohama. These 2 last 2years for me.

Thank you very much.

Interesting, my 408T is over 15 months but have not had any battery trouble - still on stock. At my last service a month ago, tech said the battery is still going strong. Do you use the guide-me-home lighting?

I want to switch this off la. Tell me how?

Just got my car after the enhancement package. The engine feels good and tight. Very happy to have the engine running like new on the 5th year!
