Is Maxis still having this MNP problem? Meaning a customer still cannot port to another telco?

Hi Maxis,

Please say something!! While you resolve your MNP system problem, will maxis waive our charges until the port out is successful?

Hi,

Been trying to port out from maxis to Digi for the past month. Every request made by Digi was rejected with the reason given was MVP system failure.

Submitted my request again to Digi multiple times and each time it gets rejected. And the customer service at maxis isn't of any help at all. Asking me to wait patiently.

Would appreciate if someone can solve this problem of porting out from maxis. If there is a problem with maxis system for porting in, can't they just inform the Digi? Why must the user be the one given the run around and being the middle man in solving the problem for them?

My maxis account : 0123xxxx32 case number is C16911237

Any help is appreciated.

guys..just want to check with you all, during this system issue, are you guys going to pay for the pro-rated maxis charges untill the port out is successful or insist on maxis to absorb it? it is their problem n i believe we dont have to pay the consequences for their faulty system. looks like maxis is purposely not replying to my question posted abover regarding this issue!!!

Wah Lau, one month still cannot resolve the problem. If cannot do it automatically, at least do it manually one by one mar. Chinese says, Horse die already come down and walk yourself mar.

Just ported today and having exactly the same problem. Phone was on hold for more than 10 minutes each time before someone picking up. And I ask them how long the problem has been and they told me a week. Now read this forum where got a week? A MONTH LAR!

gosh, I've pre-ordered iPhone 6s from DIGI on 09.10.2015 and now cannot get my device on day 1 just because MAXIS cannot do the PORT OUT, while PORT IN IS OKAY?!!!
Judging by this situation, I don't know if my "PRE-ORDERED" device will reach me after 1 month or not.
Any other solution?

They are busy posting photos of sending out iPhone to their customers in FB, while sucking our money who are still waiting to port out.
