Hello maxis, I have ported out to digi on the 1st of october, and until now maxis keeps rejecting the port out submission by digi. I am not tied to any contract with maxis at all. Maxis must pay for the pro-rated days im still stuck with maxis until the port out is successful. How am i to go about waiving the charges????

Hi Maxis,

Please say something!! While you resolve your MNP system problem, will maxis waive our charges until the port out is successful?

guys..just want to check with you all, during this system issue, are you guys going to pay for the pro-rated maxis charges untill the port out is successful or insist on maxis to absorb it? it is their problem n i believe we dont have to pay the consequences for their faulty system. looks like maxis is purposely not replying to my question posted abover regarding this issue!!!

This is terrible, looks like many of us are affected by maxis's cheap tricks. Can we all work together to insist on a waiver of the pro-rated charges for the days we are forcefully held with maxis until the port out is successful? Because I am sure once they resolve the port out, they will still bill us the pro-rated charges which is not acceptable. We are still forced to use their service is because of their faulty system, which by right any pro-rated charges by them must be completely absorb by Maxis. What do you guys think about this?? If all of us complain to MCMC together, will it give a more significant impact?

I will try to call up MCMC toll free number, explain to them that our situation here has affected many people. Will check with them on how to do a group report regarding this issue.

I just complained on MAXIS at MCMC and CFM also. Called MCMC up, they mentioned that group reporting is not available online, for now encourage all individuals to report on MCMC portal.

Hi guys, this lady called Miza called me from Maxis Customer Service Team in charge of MCMC complaints, she said that I can port out my number on Thursday. I insisted that I am not going to pay for the pro-rated charges up to the port out date because I have been trying to port out since the 1st of October, but she keeps saying that I still enjoyed Maxis service and must pay. For like 10 times I tried saying that I was forced to use the service because of your port out system problem, which u must be responsible for. But she keeps repeating that u still enjoyed maxis service, so must pay for pro-rated charges until port out is successful.
