Based on Kenanga Investment & Research on Matrix,

Outlook:
Management is targeting a higher sales target of RM1.0b for FY17, backed by a pipeline of launches totalling to RM1.5b in CY16 concentrated in Bandar Sri Sendayan (BSS) and Taman Seri Impian (TSI). These projects are Sendayan Merchant Square 1 (RM59m), Hijayu 3 (GDV: RM188m), Hijayu Resort Homes (GDV: RM512m), Suriaman 2A (GDV: RM170m), Impiana Bayu (GDV: RM48m) and etc. Currently, we are keeping our conservative sales estimates of RM748m for FY17 as we expect the property market to remain challenging in the near to mid term.

Quoted below is from RHB on Matrix, seem that commercial sector of BSS is coming up strong.

YR168.7m new sales in Jan-Mar 2016.

New sales reached MYR779m on an annualised basis (MYR974m for 5MFY16), which is 24% higher than MYR630m achieved in 2014. The amount mainly came from Sendayan Merchant Square 1, as its take-up rate hit 67%, while Hijayu 3 (Ph. 1 & 2) achieved 51%. Both projects were launched only in 1Q 2016. Sales for Impian Bayu 2 has also increased to 82% from 65% in the last quarter.

the company have good prospect. sales are on the ride y-o-y

upcoming HSR could also indirectly benefit BSS & also the TUDM base

we still have remaining merchant square phase 1 shoplot for sale with more attractive package compare to previous package. kindly pm me for details.

BSS look great from drone especially near by Matrix Global School & d'Tempat Country Club
But it need more people to move in to be a successful township.

Built high rise apartments..that will surely increase the residence there..any info bout apartments in BSS?

Not sure for what reason high rise apartments not in the Master Plan

Negeri Sembilan people dislike highrise

guys, what are the new road development expected and when to complete?

I remember there was supposed to be a new highway from Lekas to KLIA cutting through BSS? Then now there is a new road / tunnel that will cut short the journey to KLIA.
Are they the same?
