Quoted below is from RHB on Matrix, seem that commercial sector of BSS is coming up strong. YR168.7m new sales in Jan-Mar 2016. New sales reached MYR779m on an annualised basis (MYR974m for 5MFY16), which is 24% higher than MYR630m achieved in 2014. The amount mainly came from Sendayan Merchant Square 1, as its take-up rate hit 67%, while Hijayu 3 (Ph. 1 & 2) achieved 51%. Both projects were launched only in 1Q 2016. guys, what are the new road development expected and when to complete?
I remember there was supposed to be a new highway from Lekas to KLIA cutting through BSS? Then now there is a new road / tunnel that will cut short the journey to KLIA. Are they the same? |
