Body check with goodie by Matrix Concept Holdings Bhd in d'Tempat Country Club on 23-24/4/2016 attracted people from all walk of life despite hazy day.

This is much more better way of publicity for BSS than just giving free makan, it also serve as a good corporate social responsibility.

Bandar Sri Sendayan still look like half jungle in Google Map

I think Matrix should invite/notify Google of the development of BSS, it help in promoting BSS sales and brand name. Ecoworld & SP Setia very good on this, Google map update both projects periodically while BSS still status quo as if no development at all this few years.

Just got call from Matrix today. Key can be collected on appointment basis. Mine will be on next week Wednesday (18th May) from 2pm onward.

3個月營業額作2億1千127萬7千令吉，累積15個月營業額掛9億1千222萬5千令吉。
派息4.4仙
該公司董事部宣佈派發每股4.4仙股息，除權和享有日分別落在6月15日和17日。
基於該公司宣佈更改財政年截止日，從12月31日改為3月31日，因此現財政年將概括2015年1月至2016年3月31日，共15個月的業績表現，因此無法進行數據比較。
展望未來，金群利在初步文告中表示，集團現專注森美蘭州芙蓉達城（Bandar Sri Sendayan）和其他週邊地區城鎮發展計劃，有信心通過新工程推介和現有工程不斷取得銷售下，將可延續獲利表現。
“金群利國際學校和d'Tempat Country Club將強化達城吸引力，未來教育與俱樂部業務也有望強化營業額表現。”
不過，該公司董事部意識到國內房產市場走緩，將確保集團落實適當措施來應對未來挑戰。（星洲日報／財經）

While the club house expect to break even in 2016 but Global School still incurred losses more than RM11m despite overall revenue more than RM11m, wonder what cause this hmm may be high franchise fee paid to sister school in UK or high staff cost?

Based on 31/3/2016 figure announced recently, semiD sale only 61% not 70%, wonder why the completion date still 2016, mistake no?

The rest of 22x80 footprint eg Elvina, Suriaman and Fallona also fare quite good.
