Hi the tunnel currently near to suriaman site /gadong/Klia there. Previously only 1 tunnel with single land and now increase to 2 tunnel with double land for decrease traffic congested

bank value give low is due to it's free to felda sendayan resident as matrix use their land to build bss township, and most unit is bumi lot and few non-bumi. most of them leave empty because 1 house have many siblings name due to 1 house compensate by matrix to 1 household in felda sendayan. and most of them still live in felda sendayan not yet move to idaman villa.

i live in felda sendayan more than 28 years and no problem at all

yeah i'm also selling new house in suriaman SPA price from RM500K, but we cant compare new house & subsale,somemore these bungalow is compensated product. they can sell from RM180K-1mil but no bank value only. if sell sky high price.

when idaman villa first get VP, menteri besar not allow us to sell within few years. then after few years most of villager sell to public for RM180K (7 years back) now of course price will appreciate. later on Icon Park, metropark build and surrounding is mature, the price will appreciate again.

currently bss mostly fully occupied are phase nusari bayu & aman. bentonix,alwinix occupancy rate not bad. castora,balista, dextora occupancy rate are much lower.

My family stay in Felda sendayan,touchwood so far so many year at night no smell as mention abv.

From jimah actually have a road access going to bukit pelandok but only allow Lorry/ plantation workers to use it.

For the project which you difficult to find the info in mudah...all are ulu ulu place and no demand market... Agents malas to post it...

Actually it is common sense for the new township to take time (10-15 years) for the development.
During initial time of the development with affordable entry price, most of the project also questioned by the people that it is too far from existing mature town or not worth it.... Desa Park City, Setia Alam, Denai Alam, Kota Kemuning, Rawang Auggun City, Semenyih, Nilai, Seremban 2....... Now all are the hotspots....

yeah i witness from a forest become a township, especially Seremban 2 & BSS from 20 years ago.. still nothing here..even i live sendayan want to go seremban town need to use mambau road, after open tunnel from kepayang to mantau and seremban 2 become nearer to exit tol. last time my friend live at seremban town say s2 so far.. now become s2 resident because the environment , gated & guard ,amenities are already mature.
