Normally when the public park hand over the local authority things are not getting better, will Sendayan Green Park a exception?

Never got chance to set down there my wife and mum only interested in club house

If based on Matrix IPO Prospectus-page 119 & 121, there is a 115.2 acres (10 commercial plots & 32 industrial plots) in Techvalley reserved for Sendayan Auto City that cater for the retailing of automotive and automotive service centre to undertake repair and maintenance services.

This Auto City supposed to be completed by end of 2016 but when I visited there-only a vacant land
But according to Matrix, Sendayan Tech Valley (STV) is completed & ready for Sale
May be no taker gua.

On other hand, Matrix acquire 164 acres near by STV in 2014 and name it as Sendayan TechPark (STP) -123 acres net saleable land pending for Department of Environment's approval.

More jobs to be created and more people will move to BSS.

You were right.. in the first few months after MPN takeover, they were without any maintenance...

but right now, it goes back to normal..

the football field is equip with high mast lighting ,

what is the future launching at this sendayan? sales slow down everywhere. Doubt any new launching.

Masjid Sri Sendayan (Sendayan Iconic Mosque)

Huge project site of Masjid Sri Sendayan near Metropark. Being fenced and earthworks just started.

Something wrong with the sign board, it stated the project started in Oct 2015 and completed in February 2016
the fact is the construction of Sri Sendayan Mosque still in progress...

BSS lacks population its commercial centre also not doing well, hopefully after Sri Sendayan Mosque is completed and TUDM move Metropark will be doing much better. Metro Park has petrol station, fast food, sports complex, hyper market, budget hotel, green park etc, it should be booming what is lacking is people.

Hope KIP Mart in MetroPark can draw some crowd but its Senawang branch heard not doing well, Suriaman only VP 2 years from now.

im living now near kipmart senawang because my first house is here. True kipmart here not doing well because resident in lavender height feel that they are rich enough so they dont want to shop in kipmart, that what i heard many times before from shop owner themselves. Maybe kipmart in sendayan are different because have many races and open minded and also have tudm.

Heard that City University of Science & Technology is gonna build it campus in sendayan TechValley, is this true?

Do a Google search on this university, none of their professional courses are recognised / given exemption by professional bodies eg accountancy by ACCA/CIMA/MICPA, engineering by IEM or architecture by PAM etc.

A bit strange why varsity build campus in industrial area not commercial area in BSS.

KIP Mart BSS has 45 units of commercial shoplots which is much smaller than KIP Mart Senawang that has 199 shop lots and 630 car park spaces. I think this is enough for the daily consumption of BSS for the time being as occupancy still low.
