I want to buy furniture but cannot ship to Malaysia directly due to weight limit. Is it worth to buy with freight forwarder? Looking to buy electric recliner sofa with massage function

Hi guys..i would like to clarify about taobao direct shipping. Why is there an option for me to choose taobao direct shipping but the seller say otherwise? Say they dont ship to malaysia.
