Need help i bought 2 things one in warehouse another one is stucked checked ali wang wang the seller said he dont ship now tell me to cancel damn i dunno how this can happen my first time buying from taobao bad experience. How to cancel and what happen when cancel anyone know the money i would get back or how ?

After last item delayed problem solved, another one appear   Anyone experiencing the problem? GDEX very late pick up one, I already contacted taobao CS and they said my item already passed custom service, but on tracking is like shit no update at all, I am very furious, don't know why so late one 6 DAYS OF NO UPDATE weyhh |

How do we know which courier service would be picking up our stuff?
My shipment ( sea shipping to EM) has cleared custom and waiting for courier service to pick up.
I don’t mind to pick up myself anytime.
