I used to opt for air delivery every single time but recently the only option I have is sea shipment regardless of items that I select. Anybody know why is it?

I also thought that way in the beginning.

But has been confirmed by taobao customer service agent that East Malaysia has banned all air freight since 18th of March.

Until date,they didn't receive any notice of resume the service yet.

So I guess the only option I have currently is sea shipping.

Not sure how long would it takes to reach me though.

How do we know which courier service would be picking up our stuff?

My shipment ( sea shipping to EM) has cleared custom and waiting for courier service to pick up.

I don’t mind to pick up myself anytime.

Hi guys, I’m using sea shipping from Taobao. is it normal that local courier hasn’t pick up the package for about one week?

Looks like it’s quite normal for packaging didn’t get pick up by any courier service for long period.

I have been checking multiple courier site daily but no luck as well.

Mine is approaching 10 days mark now since custom clearance. Hopefully tomorrow would have some update, don’t mind to pick it up myself.

Anybody experience May Express before?

My package showing arrived hub since 20th a June but I never heard of May Express before.

I’m from KK, Sabah. Always wanted to pick up myself but couldn’t locate their office.

It’s been one month since I place my order from taobao 😅

Hi guys, I received my taobao item but found out that the seller didn’t include one of the item which is crucial to setup the whole thing.

If they agreed to send it to me, who suppose to bear the postage fee to Malaysia?

So frustrating that I would need to wait another month and most probably need to pay extra postage fee because of their carelessness
