Im not sure why you keep blaming GDex here, Gdex is just one of the local courier that handles Dex-I parcel once they reach Malaysia. If the parcel has not reach Gdex, Gdex is not responsible at all.
I did experience this once before, that the tracking info is totally not accurate (probably fake).
Only the second part of the tracking info is correct for mine
First thing to do is to contact the taobao consolidate shipping customer service and check with them the issue.
I contacted them, and they said (GDEX) item not in system, when asked where, they said probably in warehouse (wtf)
Then I contacted Taobao consolidation CS, they said the item is not there (as in returned to China), item is definitely in Malaysia, so they asked me to contact GDEX
Now where and what should I do?
I never experience this before
Usually after the tracking Arrived Airline HUB, there are other update soon follow by custom clearance and then Console Inbound Scanning (where at this part, usually tracking is traceable at GDEX, sometimes this status doesn't even appear)
So yeah, mostly I blamed GDEX because the item definitely reached Malaysia and they haven't pick it up nor have any update (for real, more than 7 days at Airline HUB for what)

Edit 2 : Now it is confirmed that my item is indeed go ronda2
