One order with two bags, and after waiting for almost a month, item arrived but only have one bag. They only refund me RMB5 shipping since so long already and they cant answer my complain. Now I trying to nego with Taobao to get money back guarantee for my bag worth RMB68.

I was cheated by Taobao Global Direct Shipping (TGDS). I order 6 items and chose TGDS. It quoted RMB89 to ship the 6 items to Malaysia. All the items were delivered by the seller to TGDS warehouse. However it rejected and returned 4 items claiming the items were too big to pass through their warehouse. Due to the rejection and not wanting to accept the items, I have to compensate the sellers for inland china transportation cost. TGDS shipped the 2 items which weight in total less than 0.5kg. The shipping cost was not reduce and remained and RMB89 eventhough they shipped 2 items instead of 6. The only way to contact them is by phone which will cost a bomb.

I subsequently reordered the 4 items which TGDS claimed to be to big to send through 65Daigou and I have already received the item. I am still wondering why TGDS can't send the items when 65Daigou can and why TGDS did not refund the shipping fee for the 4 items rejected and not send. Why is there no online communication where we can communicate with TGDS. One thing I can say is that I feel cheated and will never use TGDS even it is the cheapest. Cheapest here can end up to be most expensive.

I am now buying through 65daigou and are happy with their services hitherto.

I have contact Taobao customer service and was told there is no online contact with TGDS. Communication is only by phone.

One more thing, TGDS DO NOT check your items before sending. The seller sent the wrong colour to them and TGDS just send the item over unlike 65Daigou who check for you the items ordered with what were sent by the sellers. 65Daigou contacted me whether I want to accept, reject or ask the seller to send the correct colour.
