is my item being rejected or not, i'm using taobao direct shipping

currently having a chat with the transport company but they only told me my item is rejected and when i ask why, there was no reply

hai..anyone can help me?? have a problem with my parcel. the item broken than i request  sent back to seller.. seller want refund to me but they want id alipay .. where i can get the alipay id if i not verify the account yet??please someone help me.. i want ask a taobao service but seller say they will not do anything because the time is over            

Bro, which payment method do you usually use?
Seems like enets is the best option for purchases above rm250 since it only charges sgd 1~ rm3 for any transaction.

It's only for Singapore though, do you think local OCBC bank account can still use enets?

Btw, had to cancel one of my orders since it turned out to be pre order and I don't want it to delay shipping for the rest of my item.
Do I have to request to taobao to ship my items and ignore this cancelled item or is it done automatically?

bro i want to ask you, since we are talking about taobao, in the past there was option to group it than pay shipping, but now when i buy it asks me to pay directly normaly, i will use direct shipping from 4pax

why is it different? i bought from last year november, it is same, its weird, i prefer the group and pay method rather than not receiving my items because overweight
