Anyone kena sensitive charge for order CPU Cooler/LCD screen before?I\Before this i use agent and no need pay sensitive although being warned the items are sensitive items.

Anyone had experience shipping damaged goods back to Taobao seller? What courier you guys used? Bought a phone and the screen came cracked, seller asked to return. Thinking of sending it via SF as i believe they would be more familiar handling shipments to CHina.

My parcel was delivered to cainiao warehouse on 21/9. Until now havent update in consolidation page. When asked the CS, they answer havent receive.
Any idea what happened to the ABX warehouse?They were very quick in updating. |

Finally my item was ready for consolidation yesterday. Got it shipped but latest tracking shows OTHER ISSUES(declaration/clearance). Anyone faced this before? Shipped things over 20 times via Dex-i never had any problem before.

Dear sifus,
I ordered about 5 items from different sellers at Taobao. Chose CaiNiao air shipping consolidation. Now all my items have arrived at the warehouse but they got separated into these 2 options( 官方空运 & 官方海运). Can any sifu advise why?
