Guys, if you all interested, you can check your iPhone 6s or 6s plus and see whether your A9 CPU is made by TSMC 16nm chip or Samsung 14nm chip by install this app.

My Gold 64GB iPhone 6s Plus is using Samsung 14nm chip.

Do you guys know that iPhone 6s or 6s+ A9 processors have 2 diff size due to manufacturer different.. SAMSUNG one is said to be 10% smaller and more energy efficient than TMSC... h http://9to5mac.com/2015/09/28/a9-samsung-tsmc-speed/

Great info you have got there but Ifags are do not care about the specs of Apple products. They are only programmed to believe "Apple Can do no wrong!".

The prices already "dropped" actually during the announcement of iPhone 6S.. But because of our currency, the price maintained the same.. (some models even see a raise)

I wonder if I can trade 6s for v10 later on..

Anyone know whether Machines/Epicentre/etc. will start selling new iPhone 6s cases before launch day, on launch day, or will be a bit late? Judging from past patterns..

Not sure whether it's worth it to start buying a case for a phone I don't even own yet from eBay.

The fact is iPhone 6 and 6s are using the same type of casings...

some tight fit casing maight not suit... better buy those casing written with 6s / 6s plus...

And Sony camera image sensors on Samsung products. Is that ironic too? OR should every phone manufacturers open up their own fabrication so that it doesn't fall into that "ironic" category of yours?

Point is, it's a business. And as how Apple deals with Samsung's manufacturing costs and makes sure that it's a profitable business transaction, so does other phone manufacturers deal with their phones having Sony camera sensors. Buy in bulk, price go down. Same with manufacturing in bulk. In the meantime, Samsung's always happy with being able to continue stealing Apple designs (hardware and chip-designs) when they get the Apple contract to manufacture the next A(x) chip.

While that is true, take note that the iPhone 6s is slightly thicker. So I can't use a tight-fitting iPhone 6 case on the iPhone 6s now can I?

your 128 GB 6+ is cheaper leh... why we brought at RM3500ish where you only buy 3100ish...

I bought few iPhone 6 Plus casings last year and in the end I didn't buy any iPhone last year.

I'm still thinking if I should the same this year. Anyway, I always travel to Beijing, can easily buy cheap casings there and via Taobao.
