Pick this up from iphone 6s thread at hardwarezone.sg Was not aware there were 2 different makes of the chipset Guys, if you all interested, you can check your iPhone 6s or 6s plus and see whether your A9 CPU is made by TSMC 16nm chip or Samsung 14nm chip by install this app. My Gold 64GB iPhone 6s Plus is using Samsung 14nm chip. Log in just now to Maxis and was in que no 8...the website really darn slow. Finally managed to buy my ip6+ 64 GB Gold unit for self collection on 16 Oct
