I would like to ask for an investor like you, meaning you will try to avoid bus station because of "chap". Then, what abt MRT & LRT station? Mall? Shops? Are they all also "chap"?

"Chap" means lot of people getting in and out right?

But I see many investors purposely choose those LRT/MRT, Mall and near to shops to invest, as easily rented out.

Do you mean for investment should choose this type or area and for own stay with family should try to avoid this? You try to avoid means you buying for own stay? But seeing the stars you have you shd be an investor right? A bit confuse...

Please share your thought. Thanks.

Went to the site recently. I think with this entry price there's no reason to drop my booking.

MRT / LRT to me still ok, bus station, Not a favour to me la, personal choice, no offence. Investment offcoz will depends on better public transport, but for certain people this may not play important role to them. Some with families may prefer quieter place and not near to bus station. No right or wrong, it is just purely my preferences. I have MRT/LRT enuff for me, it can bring me to bus station. Cheers.

May someone enlighten plz:
1. Where is Aise 4 acre land? which side?
2 Saw Police Barracks vacated behind PJD office (Sentul Side) What is being planned any idea?.
3. Currently underground MRT works going on opposite Titiwangsa Monorail. On top of it what is going to be... some plan shows
Propsosed Bus Interchange by Others,
Proposed Drop-Off,
Proposed Taxi Lay,
Cooling Tower
Learned from some sites that one of the entrance to the underground MRT is on Titiwangsa Monorail side (Placed has been fenced up with Noticeboard)

Whoa, the SA told me the maintenance is RM0.34 and then parking maintenance separate at RM0.17.

So the total management fee would be RM0.51 :/

I think you are misunderstood, 17 cents is for your car park size, assume 1 car park size about 120 sq foot, there will be about RM20 for your car park.

Thanks for the clarification!

I still think RM0.34 is quite steep tho.

Anyways, have anyone heard of the referral 1% offer? I am going to book tomorrow and maybe we can share it?

U mention TR not favor to you because "chap".

On the other hand, you are OK with LRT/MRT. Not "chap" meh? Also public transport ma. biggrin.gif
What you saying is conflict. Unless you trying to tell bus station feeling low class? And MRT/LRT higher class.

please straight to the point

Let me weight in...
If bus station is stop by the road side type....i also dont like. It will cost traffic dlown and congestion. If its on a seperate terminal.....am ok.

Lrt/mrt has seperate station and waiting area. Its vasty diffirent from bus stop.

But outside mrt/lrt station sometimes have feeder buses taxi grab car private passenger cars wairing also....
