bumi still have option, but non bumi only left 710 & 850. klcc / pool view all gone.

lvl22 (highest lvl with firm price) around 700psf mark after discount. 710sqft 500k mark and 850 at 600k mark can book higher but price jump unknown.

if you can accept low floor, all unit at level 8 (same floor as facilities) are avail

opss sorry I didn't know lvl 8 is duplex, only one sales person so abit difficult to ask so much.

850sq ft below lvl 22 still got some choices, 710sq ft I think less than 10 units left but corner / pool units all are not available.

but how high can the floor price increase?

below 22 was only 500 jump, 2-3k per floor jump are common in market no?

congrats, which floor u booked? stil alot unit avail below lvl 23?

I think it is a good buy (1) location + transport hub (2) price 700psf

Other area MRT2 play also asking 600+ psf (kepong for example)

should be just below 500k. I did some quick numbers at the sales gallery it is all around 700psf after discount as the jump per floor is 500 (until lvl 22)
