make more sense for MKH to split the lifts into low and high zones if hotel suites will be located at high floors

any idea if separate lifts specially for the retail floors?

Sales kit doesnt even show the front facade..all facades in the sales material are the back side of the building facade smile.gif. Sales persons also laugh la..when talked about the facade to them. Not sure it would be too late for them to change.

I have booked a unit.. but after reading the comments here make me sceptical about the decision. Sigh buying a property really a hard decision.

You know la, Malaysia standard, new building can become bad in few years time. I also not prefer underneath residence got shop lots, it will turn to worst place in term of cleanliness in few years time for sure by the way Malaysian managing them.

Went to visit few places with commercial below... Most turning to lousy place, rubbish and bad smell..

I just prefer much quiet place for residence only.

Friend used to stay in TS and said that apart from all the bangla foreigner in the apartment due to excellent bus connectivity, the whole place has no fnb so it's very inconvenient even if u were to drive out in the vicinity. Shops below apartment here is welcome.

if your booked unit is 750sf or 636sf, you could still cancel and trust there are many interested parties waiting in the queue to get a piece of action in this hottest launch of 2017

Your friend must be just staying for 3 minute only I think. The residents in TS 99% are non banglas. Even the foreigners are consists of many nationalities including British and Australian. And this is the first time I heard ppl complaint it is inconvenience for F&B in TS. Unless your friend is looking for Wagyu to eat every day. Even KFC is a walking distance away.

When some development in sbf land like pahsang like Trio, Lead and Adria also selling RM600psf-ish... u know this is real gem smacked right in the city with TOD. Of course.. some nitty gritty details but that didn't stop the value..

yup...the big picture tells this TR is under value

the small issues are unavoidable in every property and i will ignore as long as these imperfections do not destroy the overall value
