River of life is Asie project. The land is 4 acres.

There are some work going on now.

Lift is definitely a significant issue here but what I'm looking at is that the developer is keeping 5 floors to themselves and managing them as hotel suites. To add on to that, they also reserved the retails to themselves and managing them too. I don't think that a developer will want to reserve units to themselves if a developer has got no confident in this project.

I fully agree that commercials below may bring disaster than glory. Thankfully these commercials are not for sale and they will in turn kept and managed by MKH itself. Having said that not all commercials below condo are disaster. Look at tropicana avenue despite being startified commercial.

initially booked the last available 750sf, but had to return as it was 33rd flr. Waitg for anyone to return a 750sf, either blok A / B is ok. Which SA anticipate, there will be return of units or loan reject (on the waitg list) Tentatively booked Dual Key 850sf Unit no.8 in both Blok A & B although nearest to Waste Room, while 7 is infront of Lift Room.

Level 30-34 (hotel suites) will be managed by MKH. The 12 units of two storey commercials below will be fully owned and managed by MKH.

The connectivity here is ridiculously good that MKH decided to pao ka Liao some units too.

But the facade like cow dunk. Haha wonder who will check in the hotel suites! Hopefully the facade will change as it's still in the very early stage as shown in the sales kit.

LOL... Why shoot you? Everyone have their preference, no right or wrong... 

You know la, Malaysia standard, new building can become bad in few years time. I also not prefer underneath residence got shop lots, it will turn to worst place in term of cleanliness in few years time for sure by the way Malaysian managing them.

Went to visit few places with commercial below... Most turning to lousy place, rubbish and bad smell..

I just prefer much quiet place for residence only.

I have booked a unit.. but after reading the comments here make me sceptical about the decision. Sigh buying a property really a hard decision.

Friend used to stay in TS and said that apart from all the bangla foreigner in the apartment due to excellent bus connectivity,  the whole place has no fnb so it's very inconvenient even if u were to drive out in the vicinity. Shops below apartment here is welcome.

haha....there are many landed shops outside TS to offer f&b

many TR buyers are TS owners....

When some development in sbf land like pahsang like Trio, Lead and Adria also selling RM600psf-ish... u know this is real gem smacked right in the city with TOD. Of course.. some nitty gritty details but that didn't stop the value..
