I have booked a unit.. but after reading the comments here make me sceptical about the decision. Sigh buying a property really a hard decision.

Went to the site recently. I think with this entry price there's no reason to drop my booking.

Went sales office again today. Left few 710sqft units n 850sqft. The 750sf n 636sf all gone by now. Impressive responds.

Hopefully this choice is wiser than to park bullet in pavilion Damansara heights which higher entry with higher maintenance fee.

Heard from other mkh admin staff that mkh didn't give commission to the agent on this project. So maybe they provide lousy service since do or no do the same.

Just found out the KL free shuttle bus for tourist also stop at monorail Titiwangsa station. Look at the map attached. red line route do show Titiwangsa station.
Airbnb sure one of the best location.
Dun shoot me if u disagree with TR projects.

The news said the western side of Jalan Pahang... Not jln tun razak so may not be the land u mentioned. No?

Different ppl different investment strategy.
A lot of subsale properties always cheaper then the new development in same area. But when new one completed price appreciate/prior choice for rentaln subsale always better than the old condo.
