700psf nett for smallest unit (636sf).

If wanna play MRT catalyst against Rica, here got MRT1/2 exchange, LRT and Monorail with numerous bus and taxi stops. Rica average 600psf vs TR 700psf.
Developer keeping all 12 units of the retails below. Got bullet also cannot buy. |
