leasehold property will take longer and more paper work no matter landed or not landed... freehold can be done in 3 months, leasehold usually will takes up to 6 months.

You know la, Malaysia standard, new building can become bad in few years time. I also not prefer underneath residence got shop lots, it will turn to worst place in term of cleanliness in few years time for sure by the way Malaysian managing them.

Went to visit few places with commercial below... Most turning to lousy place, rubbish and bad smell..

I just prefer much quiet place for residence only.

With such density and limited lift... This is going to be a serious issue in the future.. Tough rental market is going to be there for all klang valley properties, I foresee Airbnb rental may also drop in the near future as many also move into airbnb.. Gov will put their hands into this matter as well in the near future, let's see...

Do you mean for investment should choose this type or area and for own stay with family should try to avoid this? You try to avoid means you buying for own stay? But seeing the stars you have you shd be an investor right? A bit confuse...

MRT / LRT to me still ok, bus station, Not a favour to me la, personal choice, no offence. Investment offcoz will depends on better public transport, but for certain people this may not play important role to them. Some with families may prefer quieter place and not near to bus station. No right or wrong, it is just purely my preferences. I have MRT/LRT enuff for me, it can bring me to bus station. Cheers.

I think you are misunderstood, 17 cents is for your car park size, assume 1 car park size about 120 sq foot, there will be about RM20 for your car park.

There is no class in my dictionary, you feel no chap then that is fine. Hehe, just be happy la, everyone just cannot say about chap one, yea, every where in Malaysia no chap, just to make you happy. Hahaha...
