I am eyeing this project and was told RM700psf as well.
However MKH released financial press the future launch 36 storeys TR Residence is RM400M GDV and it is on 1.5acre land. The number seems didn't jive between the GDV and indicative PSF.
I will remain skeptical until MKH release the selling prices.

If the price is RM700psf, will not surprise with the response. With MRT-LRT-Monorail at doorstep, this probably the deal of 2017.

I doubt those forumners that allege got a lot of foreigner workers, how many units partitioned etc they have partition the units etc in TS these ppl have statistic in their hand. Nor they are the owner.

That is how developer can sell TR at such price at this location. By giving 1.medium cost facade 2. JV with land owner -amona 3. Super high density/plot ratio 400units/acre 4. Cutting the spec such as lifts.
In exchange of these you can buy TR at such affordable pricing.
