If no care much about rental yield then go for landed to aim cap appreciate..why stick to highrise? Highrise over time, price ll get stagnant. Last time was fine becoz price gone up fast n furious....so after 3 or 5 yrs the condo cap appreciation is there....nowadays price stagnant n after few yrs the condo get rundown n price didnt go up much n super low rental yield as what ppl here dont care about the yield...come on.then buy landed la..strategy objective doesnt meet the end game la. Old fart all know this...young fella never gone through the flat prop price years so never experienced that but fart more on the thread. Anyway..everyone entitled their words in forum. All the best!

Having said that..lousy facade but price point is good...three transportations available. So, i guess it may not have issue to rent...how much..god know in few years time. New govt flat there doesnt help..which may cap the capital appreciation. Thats the fun side of investment...only time ll tell..but if u dont act..then u yield nothing. Act doesnt mean must buy this...but if simply talk and keep otp but never sign any spa also mean chai talk n no action.

They opened 9 to 16th floor. After 16th floor..price not fixed but indicative 3pc higher than earlier price tag and allowed to book.
