Last time was fine becoz price gone up fast n furious....so after 3 or 5 yrs the condo cap appreciation is there....nowadays price stagnant n after few yrs the condo get rundown n price didnt go up much n super low rental yield as what ppl here dont care about the yield...come on.then buy landed la..strategy objective doesnt meet the end game la. Wonder they really talk to real owners or ppls there. If based on imagination or just hear from one or two friends who also heard from one or two friens who are not owners... then it is no different to all those ppls fart in cyberjaya thread.

Having said that..lousy facade but price point is good...three transportations available. So, i guess it may not have issue to rent...how much..god know in few years time. New govt flat there doesnt help..which may cap the capital appreciation. Thats the fun side of investment...only time ll tell..but if u dont act..then u yield nothing. Act doesnt mean must buy this...but if simply talk and keep otp but never sign any spa also mean chai talk n no action.

Why not if someone just borrow smaller pc loan on the property? Generally, landed property has high capital appreciation in long run, thats the fact. Diff ppl has diff startegy. And again, did i ever say holding cost can be ignored? Lowest way to argue is to put non facts on others and use it as a reason. And young man, no matter how successful u r, without respect on others' view and simple respect to ppls...no one will respect u. Life is just not right or wrong.
