can someone share with me how to settle early payment for installment ? I have called service center they mentioned don't have option in cash deposit machine or ATM. The service center person mentioned have to send a request thru email . Thank for advices. |

had a surprise this morning.
was expecting cashback for m2c amex, but nothing. waited till after lunch, in case system delay. still no cashback. called CS, verified my only dining transaction (starbucks @ genting) in November. Expected cashback is RM0.74. CS consulted with an internal "cashback team", they mention system cannot capture if total cashback is <RM1.00. in effect, my Nov cashback was not captured, hence not credited. note: this seems to apply to total cashback of the month, not each cashback for each transaction. e.g. in Oct, i got cashback RM0.72 (starbucks) and RM2.62 (secret recipe). total cashback was RM3.34, and credited on 1 Nov. drilling for more info, the missed Nov cashback will not be rolled-over to Dec also. i disputed this against their black-n-white T&Cs, which did not mention anything (ever) about cashback <RM1.00. the "cashback team" will write an official email to me explaining this, in 3 days time. let's see how this goes. |
