Using mbb2 amex, I bought Sodaxpress machine at chatime ss2 on a Sunday. Got cashback too, apparently Chatime considered as 'dining' haha

Last time i had to view "all cards" section first, then click bill payment. Only then could i get the option to pay bills with CC.
