I didn't realize the new terms until i randomly check my accounts and noticed i wasn't hitting the rm50. the way maybank handled this hasn't been elegant but rather quite low.
What's your new replacement cards?

That's the whole purpose of me keeping my AmEx card just for TP.
It is a good card as I have redeemed so many stuff via TP.

i think it's enough, can't find better deal.. so better keep it only

I am thinking to cancel as my card got unauthorized transaction. I thought that I can keep but I am now hesitated to keep.

they did not cancel and issue a new one to you?

Yes! You have reported your fraud case to them and file a dispute right? You probably get a lousy CS because previously, the CS is the one who advised me to do so and arranged for a replacement card to me.

I have reported the fraud case to CS on Friday Evening. He only advised me to file a dispute by filling up a Dispute Form that time.

Saturday morning, I got the Dispute Form, filled up and signed. I scanned the form and email them on that same day.

Today, Monday I got the email reply from Maybank Dispute Dept. That they are doing their investigation job.

No advise to terminate, replace the card in all these process.

Guess I need to call them back tomorrow during office hour then.

CS work 24hrs. Just call the number at back of your card.
Tell them u not comfortable to hold the card that have fraud. Ask them to replace with new set of number

Last month I spend about RM15,000. I can do this because I pay immediately using M2U to make my outstanding RM0.

I want to book a hotel that cost RM7,000 total. It is possible if I go to atm and bank in RM2,000 for my credit card then I can book the RM7,000 hotel?

Yes, can top up your credit limit with CDM.

You can request to increase credit limit, they will need your 3 months latest payslip.
