No. On-the-spot is 400 TP = RM 1.

I want to apply for this Platinum Maybank 2 cards AMEX & Visa and thinking to send Maybank my LHDN BE form for 2014 as a supporting document.

But the amount in my BE form is just RM58,025

I believe the eligible amount needed to apply for this Platinum Maybank 2 cards would be min RM60k

the question is...can i still apply and would they approve it?

We won't know because we are not from the approving department. However, you can try. No harm though. The worst is only you might be given with Gold card instead.
