Just wanted to ask, the Maybank2 Amex card usage for weekend normal dining spending will entitle 5% cash back on the first on the following month? (i.e. spending on October 2015 will get cash back on the first day of the following month, which is 1 November 2015?)

Actually I have not receive any dining cash back for last month yet, so asking here.

Some telecommunication shop will have this surcharge, the reason being is the bank charge them, so they bring this to the consumer... so i believe this can be complain-able?

This means I have paid some surcharges already to them. Well I think can't be refunded due to long time ago, ie more than 9 months and more.

If you ever faced this problem, what should you do? By the way is the research available for reading/maybe in this subforum? notworthy.gif

Hi Guys, please help me on this as I encountered a weird transaction on my M2C card Visa.

I logged in to M2U today found out that one of my card has a transaction, which I deemed as illegal.

According to the transaction history;
Transaction Done on 31-08-2015
However it got posted only on 06-11-2015.

How should I tackle this issue? It has been 14 days ago and how should I told this to Maybank Card Call Center?

More background on my M2C cards usage: Since the 5% CB ended, I kept both card well exactly in my drawer. And I really clueless how my card can be used to swipe at a Hotel. shakehead.gif

I even received real time SMS when I transacted using maybank card overseas, and guess what? my sms charges cost nearly two mcd meals

I have reported the fraud case to CS on Friday Evening. He only advised me to file a dispute by filling up a Dispute Form that time.

Saturday morning, I got the Dispute Form, filled up and signed. I scanned the form and email them on that same day.

Today, Monday I got the email reply from Maybank Dispute Dept. That they are doing their investigation job.

No advise to terminate, replace the card in all these process.

Guess I need to call them back tomorrow during office hour then.

Just a follow-up to the fraud case that I reported to Maybank Card Centre.

I called up their CS to confirm these few things:
1. Do I need to pay to avoid finance charges
2. I need to cancel my card.

So their CS explanation is:
1. I need to pay that in order to avoid finance charges.
2. You don't need to cancel your card as the transaction is done locally. rclxub.gif doh.gif

I was like WTF!?? So you don't recognise this as fraud and if there is another case happened then what should I do then?

And the Dispute Form I sent earlier require me to wait (it's fine) but if I don't get refunded how? OMG I really have no idea what MBB/other responsible parties are doing.
