Just a follow-up to the fraud case that I reported to Maybank Card Centre.
I called up their CS to confirm these few things:
1. Do I need to pay to avoid finance charges
2. I need to cancel my card.
So their CS explanation is:
1. I need to pay that in order to avoid finance charges.
2. You don't need to cancel your card as the transaction is done locally.
I was like WTF!?? So you don't recognise this as fraud and if there is another case happened then what should I do then?
And the Dispute Form I sent earlier require me to wait (it's fine) but if I don't get refunded how? OMG I really have no idea what MBB/other responsible parties are doing.
