QUOTE(Shadowguardian @ Dec 30 2015, 03:02 AM) Called today and asked for waiver of annual fee for my Citibank Premier miles. Was offered half waiver + 10,000premier miles. Considering the conversion to actual miles, it is so not worth it. Requested the CS to change into a different card but she hesitated. Pushed her a bit and she became impatient. Tone of voice changed and she reluctantly said will "appeal" for fee waiver and call back within 3 working days. I hate the feeling of begging for waiver but I'm stuck on the installment plan! Sheesh!! half waiver not worth it, and it cost you 10,000 premier miles some more (equvalent to RM30K spending) you can convert to other card, your instalment plan will automatically changed to the new card.

QUOTE(vez @ Dec 31 2015, 06:50 PM) you spend too much, rich citibank only have some rich customer that willing to pay AF lol means you rely on the card very much... lol Rely on credit card yes because I use it mostly for air ticket purchases, hotel accommodations, donation and monthly utilities. The thing is i paid 100% on time every month without fail for the last 8 years, that is the key issue because they can't charge me the 15% p.a. interest. Mine considered low margin biz/ customers.
