I'm also waiting for mine. Too bad TNB is not accepted... Have to think of a way, else just gotta stick to GE Plat which gives 1% or AmEx for 5xTP.
The problem with my TNB is the bill only comes every 1 1/2 months, so Wise is not really a good idea for me. hmm.gif

@fruitie , may i know what do you means that TNB is not accepted? Paying TNB through UOB pay using VOX card do not entitle for any cash back?

Can we get 5% cashback, if we pay Maxis bill in Maxis Online portal?
*
QUOTE(bananalow @ Aug 1 2015, 10:51 PM)
Not sure about that.. I using my wise card for mobile smile.gif

Thanks for your reply, bananalow.

If UOB VOX card can provide 5% cashback for the following situation, it shall be a good replacement for Maybank 2 Card Amex, for paying the bill.

- pay TMNet Streamyx bill in TM online portal.
- pay Maxis bill in Maxis Online portal
- pay electricity bill in UOB Payonline, or other online payment portal.

Hopefully, these are someone here who has verified that cashback will be given for the situations.

hmm.gif Good point, I can't find from the T&C too. laugh.gif
I think I misunderstood it earlier.

Enjoy 5% cash rebate
On all your online purchases.
*For online spend of up to RM1,000 per month. Cash rebates will be credited into your VOX card account by the 30th of the following month and excludes insurance, government utilities & bill payments only.

I assumed government utilities are the utilities bills. laugh.gif
Anyway, I think I read before in the previous version of thread that TNB is not covered. wink.gif

UOBpayonline is a bit difficult as it may cover under "bill payments".

Obviously HLB Wise as your usage are covered within the categories.
10% cash back. smile.gif

The drawback is just the non-waivable AF.

How does one get the annual fee waived, if possible?

I'm holding the UOB One Plat and Uob Preferred Plat.

Thanks!

Can threaten to cancel it. And wait for retention department to call you back. But that is not guarantee. Because they might just cancelled off your card as they have influx of new customer

Done. On second thought, I better nuke those posts.

I will not allow any posts that "support" any illegal or unethical action.

Ramjade, take this as verbal warning for now. Don't go around and suggest others to do it.

Have a nice day, all.

Ok. Noted. I won't go posting that. Well you asked me what will happen if I have a credit card. Well I will tell you. Maximise CB from banks. Eg, don't spend more than the CB limit. If exceed, change to another card. If don't exceed, just continue to use it. AKA banks will make a loss if I am their customer. They will not get a single sen from me. I will pay everything on time.

But sad that it is considered a verbal warning. cry.gif
