there WAS rm900k cashback  biggrin.gif as long as current T&Cs doesnt state monthly cap, safe to assume no cap enforced.
*
Then what happen? People complain right? Did uob honour the CB or said too bad. We have a cap. You should know about it.

Done. On second thought, I better nuke those posts.

I will not allow any posts that "support" any illegal or unethical action.

Ramjade, take this as verbal warning for now. Don't go around and suggest others to do it.

Have a nice day, all.
*
Ok. Noted. I won't go posting that. Well you asked me what will happen if I have a credit card. Well I will tell you. Maximise CB from banks. Eg, don't spend more than the CB limit. If exceed, change to another card. If don't exceed, just continue to use it. AKA banks will make a loss if I am their customer. They will not get a single sen from me. I will pay everything on time.

But sad that it is considered a verbal warning. cry.gif

As long as u use the bank's card. The bank earn their income thru the merchant fees charge to the seller. Seller in return mark all this cost into their selling price.
*
For example you swipe at tesco RM100, the bill be reflected as RM100 right? There's no extra charges right?

Yes, but tesco will only get back may be 97 or up to 99.XX from bank / visa / mastercard / american express.

Bank will earn up to RM3 or RM5 from that tx.
*
What I meant is say my total trolley cost RM100, I swipe it, the bill won't be reflected as say RM105 but will still be RM100 right?

I aready answered yes, did u see it?

Caused you mentioned about tesco won't receive the full RM100 and banks earn RM3-5. SO I thought Tesco will charge us RM3-5 extra so that they will get the full RM100.

If that is the case (tesco gets like rm9x.xx), I willing to give the bank free money. What I meant is I am not willing to give the bank extra money because of paying late, using the card > than CB limit and paying AF.

seems like uob vox is more lenient in treating any payments via uobpayonline as "online transaction".

refer UOB VOX's spoiler in post 1.
if want the cashback, overpay your tnb to RM50. that's the T&C for the card.
*
So even if I pay my streamyx bill and tnb together, I am only Eligible for CB for streamyx as my tnb does not exceed rm50?

I don't have TM bills to pay and experience from others tells that whatever goes through UOBPayOnline will get cash rebate.
There is no minimum transaction but in order to get cash rebate, you need to spend RM 50 and above per transaction.
*
Is it possible to combine tnb + tm bill into one transaction?
