hi guys, please forgive my ignorance, i didn't follow this thread for very long time.
i'm using uob one card, may i know if the cap (900k nationwide a month) on petrol rebate still valid?
or they have removed it?

it's removed. but please take note that now weekdays is 2% and weekends 5%. no longer 5% everyday.

Is it real that there's a RM900k CB limit/month (so first come first serve)

previously there was for a short while, but now they've revised it to 5% for weekends and 2% for weekdays.

no mention of the 900k limit anymore so its been removed.

there WAS rm900k cashback petrol cap as long as current T&Cs doesnt state monthly cap, safe to assume no cap enforced.

Then what happen? People complain right? Did uob honour the CB or said too bad. We have a cap. You should know about it.

as mentioned by victorywp, new T&Cs took effect as of 1st June 2015 lor.

read the old T&Cs, UOB hide behind the clause "no obligation to inform customers if monthly rm900k payout has reached maximum".

how many cards do you hold currently?

I hold 6 cards now as I take it MBB2Cards as one and I just cancelled my RHB.
I didn't count my corporate credit card, that shouldn't be calculated as part of my liabilities.

Hello if I do not have a UOB bank account, how do i make my credit card payment online?

Just use the online banking with the bank you have..example Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks and etc..

then pay via ibg from your any existing casa to your uob cc.

Your account number for the credit card is your credit card number..

oh? so basically i can just do an IBG transfer to UOB bank and my 16 card digits as account number?

You're right..

Just to point out that the petrol rebate is based NOT based your total spending, instead it is based on the capped rebate. For example, if max rebate is RM25, you may spend all RM500 on weekend or all RM1250 on weekday. I lost a little rebate because I stopped spending after reaching the spend limit.
