QUOTE(fruitie @ Aug 2 2015, 04:11 PM) I'm also waiting for mine. Too bad TNB is not accepted... Have to think of a way, else just gotta stick to GE Plat which gives 1% or AmEx for 5xTP. U can always pay in advance for 2 or 300 hundreds b4 the bill arrives. The problem with my TNB is the bill only comes every 1 1/2 months, so Wise is not really a good idea for me. |

Hi I realized when I signed in my UOB online account to check my card, I always get "Service not available" after the part where I have to key in the pin after clicking the card number.
In short, 1) Log in uob online account. 2) Click banking 3) Click credit card account 4) Click account number 5) Receive sms for TAC and key in TAC 6) Service not avaliable. Why? |

I face the same problem few years ago. Call CS to sort it out. If not mistaken , need to go to nearest branch after that also. Just give a call to CS firstIn short, 1) Log in uob online account. 2) Click banking 3) Click credit card account 4) Click account number 5) Receive sms for TAC and key in TAC 6) Service not avaliable. QUOTE(Lineage @ Aug 2 2015, 09:43 PM) Too bad then Minimum RM300, maximum RM500 because max cash back is RM25. I am a loyal preferred platinum card user. I used it for many years as it is my first and primary card. Kinda lazy to change to other card. But , you are right, although I spend a lot on the card, I found the cash back is ridiculous as well.Previously thought Preferred Platinum got a bit useful when got the 5% cash back..but it require to use RM300 and above only entitle for the cash back..feel it pretty useless..guess will be cancel it soon.. |

Call CS to ask for waiver.
If not approved, then ask for cancellation. They'll route your case to retention them. If they want you to stay, they'll offer you retention which usually comes with waiver. Good luck ... |
