To everyone who pre-ordered from Lazada. I cancelled my order from Lazada as it one of the worst online shopping site ever. I pre-ordered my SP4 on 19th Oct and which was advertised to be ETA 19Nov. I dont mind even a few days delay but when i contacted they replied my email by cc to other department stating "client claims order ETA 19 Nov". And was told it will only be available 19th Dec. Best thing is their information online is so wrong is outrageous for example if you check on Lazada app and on the desktop it displays totally wrong information;
LAZADA App
1. It says the SP4 i& 8GB ram 256GB price is RM10,560.00 with discount now cost RM 8,800.00 (refer pic).
2. Then SP4 i7 16GB 256GB tablet is RM 97,799.00 (refer pic)

LAZADA Desktop online
1. Also error in pricing again whereby SP4 i5 256GB is RM9,799.00 (refer pic)

On my order even better still ...
1. Pre-Ordered 19th OCT states clearly 19th Nov but now says 19th Dec.
2. Check Order status on desktop it says 3-5th Nov Delivery time estimate.
3. Check Order status on Lazada App it says delivered.

Even better again, called to check whether other models availability they said the same in Mid December arrival but when i called Thunder Match they tell me M3 and I5 model available and sold out i5 model with 8GB ram.

I dont know about the rest who ordered from Lazada but when you get wrong pricing, wrong ETA, wrong delivery time ..etc. You might as well just wait for it physically arriving in the store and buy it without worries. The whole point about Pre-Ordering is getting the damn thing on the launch day or worst a few days delay. After checking online about Lazada Online Shopping experience my decision to cancel the purchase is the best decision before i die of a heart attack. I am surprised why would Microsoft entrust the online Microsoft Store for the SP4 to Lazada. Anyway this is my experience with Lazada, hope you guys dont have to go thru it like i did. Nevertheless i will still buy the SP4.

That's the thing about lazada which different sellers have different pricing and sometime pricing error happens
Ya their app have bugs sometime shown wrong delivery information
MY suggestion is don't buy item from Lazada which not sold and fullfilled by lazada which can leave you headache and maybe high blood pressure

After my ordeal with Lazada i have totally banned this site. I will live longer. LOL.

Yup after this whole ordeal, I'm never shopping with Lazada ever again. First and last time. If I'm going to pre-order something next time, I will get it done in a physical store.

Anyway, did they refund you straight after cancellation?
I heard people have had a hard time trying to get money back from Lazada before.

They did response quite quick by sending a confirmation of cancellation and informed of full refund back to my credit card but depends on my bank only.

Just buy from thunder match midv la. Checked yesterday, they got stock. While garden Microsoft only has m3 in stock.

Btw the m3 experience reported in reddit quite positive
Basically can run most thing smoothly except photoshop, video editing and gaming which resources hungry stuff

wow... seems like there are problems for the stock availability in malaysia.

i pre-ordered at senheng sandakan, worrying of warranty claim due to poor quality mentioned all over the internet, hopefully that were for the 1st batch and all sold out in USA

i just called to senheng careline, they have checked the stock, but currently NO STOCK, they were saying that the stock might be managed to deliver to me during MID of December, my goodness...

my point is, what the meaning of PRE-ORDER + AVAILABLE on 19th November 2015? everyone selling the SP4 are all advertised like this? but you cannot deliver to your customers? why you show a date if you do not have physical stock for your customer during that day?

do not know how many have the luck to get their SP4 in physical store on 19/nov, but i believed that the units of availability is very very limited.

malaysia really... do not know whether they purposely need your bookings fee or full payment to rolls or NO OTAK, doing business like this really oh lin...

Really? I always think that i5 is overkill for my purpose. I have a atom 2 in 1 laptop that can full fill my usage of internet, office, MT4, and torrent. Only problem is that I need to connect to 3 monitors.. Maybe can consider m3

Don't laugh when I say I'm using Surface 3 for my daily programming work, emails, note-taking & home consumption.

As my previous SP1 was broken beyond repair, I bought Surface 3 (S3) with heavy discount (using Harvey Norman's extended warranty). In fact I spent < 1.5K for S3, Type Cover 2, Surface Pen & new extended warranty. Great deal.

Didn't want to go all out for SP4 (or even SP3) as I'm getting a new laptop (from my company).

This S3 will be my secondary device once my company bought me a new laptop. In the meantime, it works very well.

Go for SP4 if u can afford it but if u can't, S3 is also good enough.

Hmm how well does it run with heavy excel with lots of formulas?

Better throw money with higher ram.
Processor of course higher is better.
Storage at least can add via memory card.

That is if you compare between sp4, sp3 and s3 with budget limit...

Having pro line does not mean better then s3...
