Anyone can confirm the most basic variant of SP4 come with wat processor? Core M? i3? and wat is the most basic ram?.... too bad no budget go for surface book... wish to have it so much..

Hai guys,i been here for a while since i interested on Surface product.I plan to buy SP4 BUT didnt think it would be so expansive..Just want to ask surface user here,do u suggest surface pro 4 as a laptop replacement? Because i only can choose one between laptop n Surface.. I think i would use Surface for programming in future since im taking programming course,seldom gaming,,still a university student
If i buy this ,then i wont be able have money to buy laptop d,so i really need suggestion n opnion from u all..
