To everyone who pre-ordered from Lazada. I cancelled my order from Lazada as it one of the worst online shopping site ever. I pre-ordered my SP4 on 19th Oct and which was advertised to be ETA 19Nov. I dont mind even a few days delay but when i contacted they replied my email by cc to other department stating "client claims order ETA 19 Nov". And was told it will only be available 19th Dec. Best thing is their information online is so wrong is outrageous for example if you check on Lazada app and on the desktop it displays totally wrong information;
LAZADA App
1. It says the SP4 i& 8GB ram 256GB price is RM10,560.00 with discount now cost RM 8,800.00 (refer pic).
2. Then SP4 i7 16GB 256GB tablet is RM 97,799.00 (refer pic)

LAZADA Desktop online
1. Also error in pricing again whereby SP4 i5 256GB is RM9,799.00 (refer pic)

On my order even better still ...
1. Pre-Ordered 19th OCT states clearly 19th Nov but now says 19th Dec.
2. Check Order status on desktop it says 3-5th Nov Delivery time estimate.
3. Check Order status on Lazada App it says delivered.

Even better again, called to check whether other models availability they said the same in Mid December arrival but when i called Thunder Match they tell me M3 and I5 model available and sold out i5 model with 8GB ram.

I dont know about the rest who ordered from Lazada but when you get wrong pricing, wrong ETA, wrong delivery time ..etc. You might as well just wait for it physically arriving in the store and buy it without worries. The whole point about Pre-Ordering is getting the damn thing on the launch day or worst a few days delay. After checking online about Lazada Online Shopping experience my decision to cancel the purchase is the best decision before i die of a heart attack. I am surprised why would Microsoft entrust the online Microsoft Store for the SP4 to Lazada. Anyway this is my experience with Lazada, hope you guys dont have to go thru it like i did. Nevertheless i will still buy the SP4.

After my ordeal with Lazada i have totally banned this site. I will live longer. LOL.

They did response quite quick by sending a confirmation of cancellation and informed of full refund back to my credit card but depends on my bank only.

Welcome to the club. U can read my earlier post in regards to LAZADA Online Shopping. And totally agree that they don't even have the courtesy to apologies. Now i am going to wait for SP4 i7 to physically be in the retail store and buy it.

So what is the latest information? When will it arrive? Which model did your order?

I am thinking now to order from Senheng for the SP4 i7 16gb after my ordeal with LAZADA. Can anyone advise before i step into another LAZADA ordeal again.

LOL. That's my frustration with LAZADA and the title Pre-Order. Actually i checked you could have easily bought and got it on 19th Nov at Thunder Match or Microsoft Store for the i5 128gb 4gb ram and the M3 model.

Ok Lazada sucks, also been warned against Senheng. So what about ordering from Harvey Norman? Any advise. Cheers

Thanks for the advise. After my LAZADA ordeal now really phobia for online shopping. Now i am at Harvey Norman page and whether to press proceed with payment. A lot things running in my mind like....
1. Will i paid and then the package don't arrive due to delay again but you can buy from retail outlets.

I share your frustration as i pre-ordered on the 1st day of online order with LAZADA and notice a consistent irregularities till i cancelled my order with LAZADA. LAZADA internally have a communication breakdown between their peers. If you check www.lazada.com.my you will notice the i5 256GB is still advertised as RM9,799.00 (you can see attached pic). This shows how negligent the company is. From false information of pre-ordering and stating clearly ETA 19th Nov to false pricing for the Surface Pro 4. I actually got my full refund back pretty fast, maybe because i actually got my legal department to look into it. And trust me they were very efficient in handling my case. They called, they emailed to confirm refund and also sent another email to double confirm.

I am planning to buy the SP4 i7 16GB 256 GB model. But have been reading a lot of bad reviews in regards to power throttling issue. Should i get the SP4 i5 8GB 256GB model instead? I am basically only using the Surface when i need to travel, for sketching and note taking, watching movies. For heavier work i have my Dell Precision Laptop to do it.

Will be using Adobe and Autodesk software but not to the extent till Animation Rendering. Is the i5 good enough? Many thanks for the advise.

ACTION SPEAK LOUDER THEN WORDS!!! That's what IOSOLUTION did. He came, delivered and got paid. And now i am satisfied owner of a brand new SP4 i5 8GB 256GB HDD. And not only that Brand New SP4 i5 8gb with Type Cover for only RM5800. Bargain plus good service. Highly recommend Iosolution

Is the docking station available yet in Malaysia?

I pre-ordered the i7 16GB 256GB HDD from LAZADA and cancelled. LAZADA ordeal was a blessing in me cancelling the order and after read so many reviews regarding the i7 power throttling issues i ended up with the i5 8GB 256GB which is a few thousand cheaper and a good deal from ISOLUTION. In a nutshell why i didnt buy the i7 is basically the power throttling issue which is hindering the i7 to perform to its best capabilities. Its like buying a sports car and there is speed cap chip from going over 180km/h. So far using my i5 has been great and loving it.

I have cancelled my Pre-Order of the i7 and got a i5 8gb instead from IOSOLUTION and have been using it for a few weeks and loving it. The i7 is not performing to its actual performance due to throttling issues. Its like buying a Ferrari and have a speed cap at 180km/h.
