When there's low activity? It could be a low power state mode so link speed will be reduced.

im doing normal browsing, sometimes the link speed drops to 5Mbps, making it rather impossible to surf.

for hypptv packs:

.. basic - free (everyone gets this BUT must buy/pay for 1 other pack)
.. aneka (malay) rm30
.. varnam (indian) rm30
.. ruby (chinese) rm40

.. jumbo (all of the above) rm60

platinum rm30 and mega rm50 are old packs, not valid anymore for new users.

note once u sign, it holds for 24 months, cannot simply change. penalty applies.

The weird thing is, when it goes into one of the stutters, i can switch channels and other channels are fine.

You must take with HyppTV package. So minimum is RM 199 excludes GST.
