I am using VIP5 and when I am stream live 720p channels some are okay while others are always buffering..is it due to the server of that channel or because of my speed?

i have applied to upgrade my 5mbps to 10mbps promo which cost me rm179 a month on monday thru email..but why no tm staff call me until now..is it normal?
