no need to keep on rebooting your router...

just check OCC unifi time to time... if it has been upgraded, the package stated there will change... at least it applied to my VIP10...

my step is received email, restart router and check OCC...   tongue.gif

sweat.gif I think my post wasn't clear... My 30Mbps is not activated yet, I know about this. I didn't check it from time to time la. sweat.gif
I was saying I'm still on 10Mbps even after a week since TM called me, no upgrade yet.

I'm well-aware that my speed hasn't been upgraded. sweat.gif doh.gif

Last time when I upgraded from VIP5 to VIP10, I only rebooted my router when I received the email confirmation.

This was also told to me when I agreed to upgrade to 30Mbps and until now I still haven't received the email.

So no email, no upgrade yet. laugh.gif

the thing is on the desktop the speed can up 2 32mbps on speedtest but on mobile just 10mbps sad.gif
mind to share on DD-WRT flashing? im using stock Dlink DIR615 also
*
i am not really suggest user flash the router by using DD-WRT... reason being if you missed some steps or fail half way, you did probably brick the whole router and hard to revert back... UNLESS you know what you are doing...

bare in mind bricked router caused by firmware flashing does not covered by warranty blink.gif

Finally got my unifi 30 yesterday. So far so good. Speedtest 32-33 mbps downstream, 5-5.5 mpbs upstream. rclxms.gif

Hypp Tv is also good. But sometimes it may get stuttering in certain channels. is it normal?

yea. so you cant really compare your pc which have a link rate of 1gb/s vs 72mb/s.

So now you need to check is it your note3 issue or wifi issue. A wifi issue can easily be known if u have other wifi device also having the same problem. If it is not then u need to focus on the note3 itself. Some setting might be specific to samsung phone which i can help with...

those who already upgraded to 30mbps or 50 mbps... Can you kindly share out whether you are in landed property (Full fibre) or high rise building (Fibre -> Room downstair -> Copper from room to your house unit)

so we all are aware that speed might not be affected even for those high rise building
