There is no preferred brand from vw

And most has their own preference of petrol... Mine is just she'll and Caltex... Not sure bout the rest

no ler - its the same, their names very weird, in google maps and waze, i can find 1 Volkswagen TTDI, and another Cergaz Autohaus

they should call all of them by a single name like Volkswagen XXXX, then maybe another line, operated by which company ...

True, but Hartamas even more so, since I live like 10 mins away. Anyway I don't have to worry about servicing for another 13k km or 11 months, but it's good to know there's an SC just a stone's throw away.

hmm there should be more sc being set up soon ...

went to the ttdi branch on monday, wanted them to check on my squeaking door, said full for the day, made appointment for wednesday tomoro 9am

hate it when its small issue for them to check on, and they make you stay for a day or so

Oh that reminds me, I do have to visit an SC. My left door is a little hard to open from the outside. It's like the handle is stuck or something, needs a harder than usual tug.

brand new? stick for the service center for the first 5 years ... if not you might want to check if you are still eligible for the warranty, if still do - stick to sc

Replacement at SC cost RM800-1k, outside RM300
Battery replacement from 3rd party will not void warranty
