Just to confirm, does the direct entrance to Viva Impian project involves the direction from Billion(besides from the direction from Tasek Selatan)?

The remaining two other projects seems less total units, around
250+ and 70+(can read clearly) but at least not that "densed" compared to the Viva Impian....

Do you have the expected starting construction dates of each project? I assume Awanapuri will suffer a bit from both noise and dust pollution until their vp time....

So aiming which project to invest?

i "think" there will be an direct entrance from MRR2, for in bounce from ampang direction.

i asked the developer today.. they said they still target to finish on time.. now they fully focus on it.

my hindsight think they wont abandon. they have revenue from building highway. beside they only have one other project...didiwangsa....

and they also signed MOU or some sort of agreements with anchor tenants in ekomall...although we all know that tis mean little....much like Empire City.

no way they can complete on time lah........the SA just bullshitting you.

The SPA is 48mths.....the 1st batch of buyers would have gotten the key by end of this year lioa............
end of this year....they cant even complete up to Paragon or Empire City level....IMO tongue.gif
