Suddenly a few posts revealing.....
OK lah... Repeated answers as below ...
First batch signed SnP in late Nov/beginning Dec 2013. Construction period 4 years.
First batch eligible to claim LAD by Jan 2018.
It's the first batch.... Subsequent batches not yet ya...

Construction progress is slow since day one. Some may call it snail pace. Some called it no significant progress, depending their chosen terms...

I used to constantly post pictures every two weeks or so to indicate the progress. Purpose is for all to view and monitor. As the buildings are already over the fence and everyone can view it from Jalan Cheras today, so l thought I can take a break....

As per my last observation, BlkJ already started L5 construction. Again, I thought everyone can view it and l didn't take any picture.

vp around before 2020 should be consider good
that what i see.

Too slow from the begining.
not easy to catch up.
i think ekovest will completed the duke first.
then only concentrate this project.

eko Titiwangsa also very slow.

Based on past 2 months, Ekovest took approximately 3 weeks for each floor. Assuming similar progress until topping up, it will take another 1.5years before top up. They need to speed up to one week/floor if they want to have any chance to deliver by Jan.2018.

IMO, it is quite unrealistic currently unless more significant speed can be observed.

Yup...
As long as LAD is paid, the longer the delay, the thicker the LAD.....

Hopefully the developer won't cut corners in order to compensate for the LAD..

EKV became busier ever since being a gomen linked company...
Looks like receiving fund/jobs from time to time.
EKV stock investors should be very happy.
Yea... Highway is their main focus for now....

Ya, very happy with stocks gain recently despite economic turn bad but still many stocks doing very well

if for investment, then no problem to delay..
since ekovest is public listed,
then should be no problem.
it wouldn't abandon.
buyers can get lad kau kau.

for own stay buyers who still renting will be more difficult
since want to pay rental and loan interest.

i dont know this project got DIBS or not?

Calculating number of floors per a period of time is a good way to predict. (Understand need to buffer a few months of paper works from/wuth authority)
In fact buyers in the chat group have prepared to be later than Jan-2018...May have more predictions later.
