vp around before 2020 should be consider good
that what i see.

Too slow from the begining.
not easy to catch up.
i think ekovest will completed the duke first.
then only concentrate this project.

eko Titiwangsa also very slow.

if for investment, then no problem to delay..
since ekovest is public listed,
then should be no problem.
it wouldn't abandon.
buyers can get lad kau kau.

for own stay buyers who still renting will be more difficult
since want to pay rental and loan interest.

i dont know this project got DIBS or not?

i think quite difficult to completed by 2018.
End of 2019 to 2020 may be posible.
most of the project need to completed
at 2018 already reach top floors. like ytl fennel.
